Refunds & Cancelation
Refund Policy:
If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept items for refund within 7 days. All returned items must be unaltered, unworn and in salable condition. Most refunds require for the product to be sent back to our facility has already been shipped. If shipping back to the facility is not possible you may be eligible for a 50% refund.
We will issue refunds on items damaged in transit ONLY if we are unable to replace that item. We will require a photo of the damaged items also we will not issue refunds for items confiscated by your local customs.
It is the BUYERS responsibility to check with their local customs office to make sure they are buying a product that does not violate local laws. If customs should confiscate or return packages to us, the BUYER is responsible for all shipping charges to and from us. SoulSikGear is NOT responsible for confiscated or undelivered goods.
If you need to return an item due to damage done by the shipper, please email us SoulSikGear@gmail.com including a photo and we will do our best to replace it, give you store credit or 50% back.
